1. Who will be cleaning my home?

Our cleaning pros are fully trained, background-checked, insured, and part of the St. Louis community. We take pride in our work and treat every home like it’s our own.

2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many of our clients are away while we clean. We can enter with a key, lockbox, or garage code — whatever is safest and most convenient for you.

3. What should I do before the team arrives?

We’ll take care of the cleaning — just pick up any personal items, toys, or clothes so we can focus on what we do best. If you’d like linens changed, please leave fresh ones out.

4. What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning covers bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, floors, surfaces, and more — but every service is customized to fit your space. Let us know your priorities!

5. What if I’m not happy with something?

We back our work with the Maid 4 Cleaning Done Right Guarantee. Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the area — at no extra charge.

6. What if something gets damaged during cleaning?

We treat your home with care, but accidents can happen. If something breaks, we’ll make it right. Our team is fully insured for your protection.

7. Do I need to provide cleaning products or tools?

Nope! We bring all our own supplies and equipment. If you have specific preferences (like using your vacuum or a certain product), just let us know.

8. Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Of course. We’re flexible. Just give us at least 72 hours' notice so we can adjust our schedule. No contracts — just reliable service.

9. How much does it cost?

Every home is different. We offer free estimates based on the size of your home and your specific needs. Regular visits are usually more affordable after the initial deep clean.

10. Can I request special tasks?

Yes! From inside-the-fridge scrubs to baseboards or detailed add-ons, we’re happy to customize your service. Just tell us what you need — we’ll handle the rest.
