Purpose: Reset the home for inspection or new residents. Clean top to bottom, room by room.

🍽️ Kitchen

• ☐ Clean inside/outside refrigerator (remove drawers/shelves)


• ☐ Clean oven (racks, door, stovetop burners)


• ☐ Clean microwave inside/out


• ☐ Clean dishwasher front panel


• ☐ Wipe cabinets and drawers inside/out


• ☐ Wipe backsplash and counters


• ☐ Clean sink and faucet


• ☐ Clean vent hood/filter


• ☐ Sweep and mop floor


• ☐ Remove all trash

🚿 Bathrooms

• ☐ Dust ceiling, vents, and lights


• ☐ Clean mirrors and glass


• ☐ Scrub sink, faucet, and vanity


• ☐ Scrub shower/tub, walls, doors, and grout


• ☐ Scrub toilet including hinges and base


• ☐ Wipe cabinets/drawers inside/out


• ☐ Wipe doors, blinds, windows, baseboards


• ☐ Sweep and mop floor

🛏 Bedrooms

• ☐ Clean doors, windows, sills, and blinds

🛋 Living & Dining Areas

• ☐ Mop hard flooring

🧺 Laundry / Utility Areas

• ☐ Wipe washer/dryer exterior


• ☐ Clean sink/faucet if present


• ☐ Wipe cabinets/shelves


• ☐ Sweep and mop floor

🏚 Basement

• ☐ Remove cobwebs from ceilings, joists, corners


• ☐ Dust/wipe light fixtures and exposed pipes


• ☐ Wipe baseboards, window ledges, and sills


• ☐ Clean basement windows and tracks


• ☐ Wipe utility sink and faucet


• ☐ Wipe furnace, water heater, softener exteriors


• ☐ Sweep stairs, landings, and floor


• ☐ Mop or damp mop floors


• ☐ Vacuum/wipe shelves and under stairs


• ☐ Clear and bag any debris or trash

✅ Final Walkthrough

• ☐ Appliances off and clean


• ☐ All trash removed from property


• ☐ Floors vacuumed/mopped last


• ☐ Lock doors, turn off lights


• ☐ Take photos of finished job
